Our work will have the following objectives:

  • Develop the company's Privacy Policy.
  • Prepare the necessary documents to be able to carry out the procedure before the US Department of Commerce.
  • In the case of a favorable compliance audit, process the obtaining the Certificate of Conformity of Privacy Seal, which enables you to work with clients and subsidiaries in all EU member countries.
  • If the client wishes it, ANF AC can provide the contact person who manages personally with the US Department of Commerce all matters related to the Privacy
